1. Carrot juice is

2. To make delicious
carrot juice, it is important to choose fresh, hard carrots with an intense
orange color.
Start by washing and
peeling the carrot to remove the dirt covering it.
3. Put it in the
juicer or blender with a little water to mix everything well. Add the juice of
one lemon and blend for at least one minute.
Your carrot juice is
almost ready, strain it to remove any hard bits and give it the perfect
texture.
Normally this drink
does not require sugar since the carrot is naturally sweet, but if tasting the
juice you do not agree, add a little sugar or a spoonful of honey.
